General Refund Policy

Rutva Multiservices LLP is a digital service facilitation platform. All transactions are processed through banks, BBPS, NPCI, and authorized API service providers. Refunds are governed by the respective service provider’s confirmation and settlement timelines.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Transaction failed but amount debited
  • Service not delivered due to technical failure
  • Duplicate transaction for the same service
  • BBPS payment not successfully posted

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Successful transactions
  • Incorrect details entered by user (Consumer No., Policy No., etc.)
  • Delays caused by banks, BBPS, NPCI, or 3rd parties
  • Commission, service charges, or Wallet transfers

Service-Wise Refund Timeline

AEPS / Micro ATM

Bank-dependent

7–14 working days

DMT (Money Transfer)

If Failed: 3–7 days

Beneficiary Issue: No Refund

BBPS (Utilities)

Subject to biller confirmation

Credit Card Bill

Note: Loan & Insurance processing fees are generally non-refundable unless officially cancelled.

Refund Request Process

Access Portal

Login to Rutva Multiservices LLP and go to Transaction History.

Select & Raise

Select the transaction and click "Raise Complaint / Refund".

Track Status

Provide details and track status via the support portal.

Required Details

  • Transaction ID
  • Service type
  • Date & Amount
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting documents (if required)

Mode of Refund

  • Original payment source
  • Rutva Multiservices LLP wallet (where applicable)
  • Cash refunds are not permitted

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are handled through our internal support, API providers, or Bank/BBPS escalations.Rutva Multiservices LLP decision is final based on provider confirmation.

Fraud-Related Cases

Subject to investigation and bank/regulatory approval. Accounts may be suspended during investigation of suspicious activities.

Limitation of Liability

Rutva Multiservices LLP is not liable for bank delays, technical downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

Policy Amendments: Rutva Multiservices LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective upon publication on the portal.
