5. User Obligations

- Not share OTP, passwords, or API keys.
- Use services only for lawful purposes.
- Follow RBI, NPCI, BBPS, and government guidelines.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Perform fraudulent or illegal transactions
- Use fake / third-party KYC documents
- Attempt system manipulation or hacking
- Misuse BBPS / AEPS / Banking services
- Engage in money laundering or suspicious activities
Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.
7. Transaction Responsibility
- Rutva Multiservices LLP acts as a facilitator.
- Transaction success depends on banks, BBPS, NPCI & API providers.
- Delays or failures may occur due to technical or banking issues.
- Refunds are processed as per service-specific policies.
8. Fees & Charges
- All service charges, commissions, and fees are displayed on the portal.
- Charges may vary by service and partner.
- Rutva Multiservices LLP reserves the right to revise charges without prior notice.
9. Refund & Dispute Policy
- Refunds are subject to confirmation from banks/API providers.
- Disputes must be raised within the defined timeline.
- Rutva Multiservices LLP is not liable for third-party delays.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Rutva Multiservices LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if:
Unused balances (if any) will be settled as per policy.
11. White Label & Franchise Terms
- White Label & Franchise partners operate under separate agreements.
- Branding, revenue sharing & responsibilities are governed by contract.
- Breach may result in termination & legal action.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and designs belong to Rutva Multiservices LLP. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Rutva Multiservices LLP shall not be liable for:
- Business loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Bank or third-party system failures
- Force majeure events
14. Data Security & Privacy
User data is handled as per:

- IT Act & RBI Guidelines
- Secure & encrypted systems
